Invoicing Please ensure that you pay your fees in full by the deadline identified on your invoice to secure your seat in the program. If you have already made your payment in full – thank you! Study Permit Approval Deadline It is very important that you complete the International Student Form and upload your Passport Request (PPR) or your Port of Entry (POE) study permit approval letter no later than April 12, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. EST. Please complete the form for 23S. Failure to complete this form by April 12, 2023 may result in a cancellation of your registration for May 2023. Even if you are already in Canada, you must still complete the International Student Form. Arrival Deadline Please plan to arrive in Canada by April 30, 2023. Fanshawe Cares provides a complimentary shuttle service to students arriving in Canada for the first time. This service is provided between April 5, 2023 and April 30, 2023. Classes begin May 1, 2023. *Shuttle service is from Toronto’s Pearson Airport or London’s International Airport to a London or regional campus address (St. Thomas, Woodstock, Simcoe). Assistance is provided with accessing booking services for family members – but Fanshawe will only cover the cost for the student. |
